1 General Terms

hbaj is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live gaming experiences for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between hbaj and its users. This document is available in English and Bengali; however, in the event of a dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the hbaj platform. The date of birth provided at registration will be verified, and a copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested if needed. If an account is opened with false information, all deposited funds are non-refundable and the account will be closed immediately.

In addition, using hbaj's services from regions or countries where online gaming is legally prohibited is not permitted. The user is solely responsible for confirming their location and compliance with local laws.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on hbaj:

• Wagering requirement: the combined amount of the original deposit and bonus must be wagered 10 times

5.2 VIP Program Cashback

hbaj's VIP program has four tiers, each with weekly cashback:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.5%

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering is completed
• hbaj reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer
• In cases of bonus abuse (arbitrage or bot use), the bonus will be forfeited

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

• Using or stealing another user's account information

• Creating an account using a false identity
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

For any of the above violations, hbaj reserves the right to close the account immediately, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Suspension

• Violation of these terms and conditions

• Suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) is generally returned before the account is closed, though this may be delayed while an investigation is ongoing.
